So I have been looking for something like this for a while, a very simple and easy way to completely wipe your hard drive, incase you ever need to. Reason are… well any reason to be honest.

I came across this application on a forum and it basically loads onto a floppy disc and once inserted into your PC and your pc boots up, the floppy disc is loaded and the program detects all hard drives connected to your pc and progresses to completely wipe all data from those drives!

So it has been ages, well ever really, since I had a site of my own where I could show off my portolio and other doings.

The main thing I will be using this site for is to list all of my work I have created over the past few years, through bother university and paid jobs. Alot of my work can be viewed within the portfolio section, but my uni work is location under the University tab.

On the note of my uni work, I got my grade back for my MU306 Interactive 3D Multimedia module back the other day. I got 75%, which is an A. I have also had news that it is being entered in for an award, lets see how I go on. Doubt I will get anything becuase the other two guys work seem much better than mine. Im happy with my good mark and just being mentions to be honest.

Just got news today that the PHP version on the server has been upraded to the lastest release. Thanks to Quintin for sorting this out!

Recently my parents bought a new house and my father bought up a very good point about inheritance tax.

Did you know that if you inherit something the goverment will take 40% of it for themselves!? I ask a few of my friends and most of them didn’t know this.

The biggest thing a person could possible inherit will most likely be a house. Sounds exciting and you could end up with a lot of cash from the sale of the houes, but it isnt so exciting when you realise the goverment will take 40% of that for themselves.

A way to get around this is to plan on having the house pre-bought in your name, for example. If your parents are planning ahead and wanting to give you their house it would be a wise move to have that house registered in your name, ensuring that when the time comes the goverment cannot take 40%.

This sounds horrible to plan but it is essential if you and your parents want to ensure family savings and assets are passed down the family in the entirety rather than the goverment taking their share!

On a final note I have come across a petition which is second in the most signed petitions list for 10 Downing Street.

I just got back from being up in Manchester this weekend and my parents have just put a deposit on a new house! w00p.
